This summer, secondary students from across the Valencian Community are developing digital technology skills, from programming video games to controlling internet-connected devices and building mobile robots!

UNGSC Head of Liaison Ms. Maria D’Aprile was pleased to join Team Leader of the Justice and Corrections Standing Capacity (JCSC)* Mr. Carsten Weber, in addressing students from the University of Trieste’s Course in Law of International Organizations, Master’s Degree in Diplomacy and International Cooperation.  

The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC) was pleased to join other colleagues from the Department of Operational Support (DOS) Environmental Team for a visit to MINUSCA aimed at supporting the mission’s efforts to implement renewable energy and assure a positive legacy in the host country, in line with its mandate[1].

On May 3rd, the United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC) opened the doors of its 3D printing service, to grant first-hand access to the transformative potential of this technology.  

More than 150 individuals converged to explore how this innovation is revolutionizing the production of spare parts for UN missions and shaping the future of sustainable practices within the organization.
