- Server-ready empty 19-inch racks to install customer equipment in the twin datacenters in UNGSC, certified as Tier III by the Uptime Institute

- All related services such as fire extinguishing systems, UPS, generators, security, and access control

Data Replication

- Daily replication of customer data in the UNGSC storage area with:

• Two different data streams to ensure safety and responsiveness of the retention service
• Data continuously synced to disk
• Notifications about changes in the data replication infrastructure or issues regarding the data replication service
• Monthly customized reports
