This dashboard provides an overview of the Materials that have been consumed (last 3 years) and those which are still in stock.
It provides with many ways in which the search for a specific Material Item (by PID number), or to filter the search results by Fund Centre / Storage Location, Material Group or by selecting whether interested in Equipment or in Consumables.
The main visual offers the value in USD of the item as well as the status to know if the material is in stock, in transit or in pipeline.
It is also very relevant the information provided referred to the last 3 years of consumption. For those materials which has not been consumed in any of the last 3 years, maybe a further assessment would be advised. It might be a material that lasts for more than 3 years and in such case, everything is in order; however, it could provide the feedback on materials which are no longer consumed, no longer used, and if such were the case, maybe an assessment on a write-off or transfer to other sector where that/those material(s) are used would be advisory. This would alleviate storage room and would make our stock maintenance more efficient.
