The Outbound refers to taking materials from our inventory and provide it/them to the final user.
The end user is normally the warehouse. The warehouse receives the notification number, the status of the notification and a list of tasks. All this information can be checked through the dashboard.
The final person using the material, usually goes to Client Support, to ask for the status of the shipment and/or the status of the material requested. The use of this report provides efficiency to the individual and contacting Client Support for this purpose can be clearly reduced.
