UN Global Market Place
The United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) is the single online portal for the procurement activities of the United Nations System. Vendors wishing to participate in solicitation exercises conducted by UNGSC must be registered with the UN Secretariat on UNGM. Vendors who have already registered in UNGM shall keep their information updated at all times.
Supplier Code of Conduct
All vendors doing business with the UN are required to accept and comply with the UN Supplier Code of Conduct, which includes principles on Labour, Human Rights, Environment, and Ethical Conduct, and sets the minimum requirements expected by vendors across their supply chain.
Conditions of Contract
The United Nations General Terms and Conditions of Contract are a set of standard provisions establishing a legal framework that forms part of the contractual agreement between the UN and the vendors.

Please find below a list of current procurement advertising about forthcoming solicitations UNGSC anticipates to conduct. Interested vendors should submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) electronically using the online form to the attention of the referenced Procurement Officer. These notices do not constitute solicitations. The United Nations reserves the right to change or cancel these requirements at any time. The United Nations considers a vendor's qualifications and experience in the particular commodity/service area, and previous performance, when preparing a list of invitees. Thus, submitting an Expression of Interest does not automatically guarantee a vendor will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.

Important announcement to suppliers
Due to coronavirus prevention measures, all public bid openings are cancelled effective immediately. Vendors who submitted bids as a result of Invitation to Bids may request the Bid Abstract Sheet (which includes the List of Vendors who submitted bids and the total price of their bids) within 30 days from the date of the Tender opening via email to unlb-procurement@un.org. Vendors who submitted proposals as a result of a Request for Proposals may request the List of Vendors who submitted proposals within 30 days from the date of the Tender opening via email to unlb-procurement@un.org.
The above is applicable notwithstanding what might otherwise be stated in the Procurement Manual, including its Chapter 7, on public opening.
